PUBLIC NOTICE OF MEETING OF THE

NEW YORK STATE BOARD OF REAL ESTATE APPRAISAL

AND PUBLIC HEARING PURSUANT TO

PART WW OF CHAPTER 56 OF THE LAWS OF 2022 

Members of the New York State Board of Real Estate Appraisal will meet on Thursday,

May 12, 2022, at 1:00 p.m. via video videoconference call (WebEx) at the following locations:

                    99 Washington Avenue, Albany, New York (Conference Room 505); or

                    123 William Street, New York, New York (Conference Room 231).

The public has the right to attend the meeting at any of the locations or can attend remotely at the link provided below.  Anyone interested in attending the meeting in person is encouraged to email Denise.Tidings@dos.ny.gov prior to the meeting with the location they wish to attend.

A public hearing pursuant to Chapter 56 of the Laws of 2022 will be conducted at the public meeting regarding the proposed resolution authorizing the use of videoconferencing and written procedures governing member and public attendance.  The public has the right to attend the public hearing to submit comments or may submit comments prior to the public hearing to the contact set forth below in this notice. Alternatively, the public may attend the live meeting remotely by pre-registering.

First, register for the meeting at the link provided below. You may pre-register at any time before the meeting begins. If you have not pre-registered before the meeting begins, you may register at any time while the meeting is in progress.
