Notice is hereby given that a regular meeting of Board of Directors of the Environmental Facilities Corporation will be held on Thursday, May 13, 2021 at 11:30 a.m.

The meeting will be held remotely by videoconference, in compliance with the Corporation’s Bylaws and Executive Order No. 202.102.
