Oceanside 7-Eleven Sells Take 5 Top Prize-Winning Ticket Worth More Than $62,136

Sale marks second time in a week that a top-prize Lottery ticket was sold in Oceanside


The New York Lottery today announced one top-prize winning Free Play Quick Pick was sold for last night’s Take 5 drawing. The person (or persons) holding the lucky Free Play ticket is guaranteed a cash prize totaling $62,136.50 less required withholdings. The Free Play Quick Pick is a standard fourth-place prize in the Take 5 game. The ticket was sold at 7-Eleven at 475 Merrick Rd. in Oceanside.

 

The winning numbers for the March 22 Take 5 drawing were: 14 – 15- 17 – 24 – 34.

 

The sale marks the second time in less than a week that a top-prize-winning draw game ticket was sold by an Oceanside Lottery retailer. A jackpot-winning ticket for the March 18 Lotto drawing – also a terminal-generated Quick Pick – was sold at Rip’s Cards & Things, Inc. at 3556 Long Beach Rd. in Oceanside. The Lotto ticket has been claimed and plans are underway to introduce the winners in the near future.
