Yolanda Vega to Award $1,000,000 to Brockport Scratch-Off Winner

The New York Lottery’s Yolanda Vega will present a $1,000,000 ceremonial prize check to a Brockport man who won the jackpot on a Ruby Red X25 scratch-off ticket. The presentation will take place at Barber’s Grill & Tap Room where the lucky winner purchased his ticket.
