What: Part of the mid-’90s revival of roots rock, The Wallflowers were formed by frontman Jakob Dylan. “Bringing Down the Horse,” released in 1996, produced radio hits “6th Avenue Heartache” and “One Headlight,” which earned two Grammys. Opening performance by special guest, The Unlikely Candidates. Where: Empire State Plaza Convention Hall When: Wednesday, July 17 5:30 to 8:30 p.m.
