New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC) Acting Commissioner Basil Seggos will recognize seven organizations at the 12th Annual New York State Environmental Excellence Awards ceremony tomorrow.  The awards will be presented in recognition of each organization’s innovative programs and outstanding commitment to environmental sustainability, social responsibility and economic viability.
