Office Furniture and Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC Components will be on Sale

New York State Office of General Services (OGS) Commissioner Jeanette Moy today announced that a garage sale for hundreds of state surplus items will take place at The W. Averell Harriman State Campus in Building 18 at 1220 Washington Ave in Albany from 8 to 11 a.m. on Saturday, November 2.

Interested buyers can participate in the garage sale without prior registration.

Office furniture and equipment, electrical systems and components, plumbing fixtures and fittings, and HVAC systems and supplies are among the items for sale. These items were previously listed on GovDeals Marketplace but were not sold.

The garage sale will be an open market, with each item or lot sold at a fixed price without competitive bidding. Cash and credit card payments will be accepted.

Every year, OGS sells thousands of state surplus goods, including vehicles and highway equipment, through online public auction using GovDeals Marketplace to help state agencies recover funds for items they no longer need.
