Governor’s NY Parks 2020 Program Continues to Transform State Park System Who: Rose Harvey, Commissioner, Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation and Thacher State Park stakeholders What: Make major announcement regarding Thacher Park Transformation When: 2 p.m., Tuesday, June 2, 2015 Where: Indian Ladder Picnic Area; John Boyd Thacher State Park, Thacher Park Road (State Route 157), Voorheesville, NY Directions: From State Route 85 in the Town of New Scotland, take a slight right onto State Route 157 West. After entering the park, continue past the Yellow Rock, Glen Doone, Overlook, Lagrange Bush, and Minelot areas on the north side of the road. After Minelot, turn right and follow the signs for the Indian Ladder parking area. |
