The New York Lottery today announced a single top-prize ticket for the April 26 Take 5 drawing was sold in Jamaica. The ticket - worth $61,713.50 - was sold at Shree Convenience at 169-07 Hillside Ave. in Jamaica.

The winning numbers for the April 26 Take 5 drawing were: 03 – 04 – 13 – 19 – 22.

The five winning Take 5 numbers are drawn from a field of one to 39. Take 5 drawings are televised every evening at 11:21 p.m. Winning Take 5 tickets at all prize levels may be cashed up to one year from the date of the drawing.
