Yolanda Vega will present an over-sized prize check worth $2.5M to a Clinton couple that won the top prize on the popular $2,500 a Week for Life scratch-off ticket.  The couple’s life-changing ticket was purchased at the Kinney Drugs on Franklin Avenue by the wife while running errands.
