To kick off a series of Climate Week announcements, the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC) and Environmental Facilities Corporation (EFC) will join officials from the city of Kingston and other municipalities to highlight local governments taking action to create healthier, more sustainable and resilient communities.
