PURSUANT to the Open Meetings Law, the New York State Department of Labor hereby gives notice of the following:

The Fast Food Wage Board, appointed by the State Labor Commissioner, will meet on Wednesday, July 22, 2015, at 2:30 p.m. The meeting will be held at the Department of Health, 90 Church Street, New York City.

The meeting scheduled for July 13 has been cancelled due to a scheduling conflict.

The purpose of the meeting is for the Board to discuss and make recommendations on an increase in the minimum wage for workers in the fast food industry.

The meeting is open to members of the public and will be webcast; however, no public testimony will be taken at this meeting. Public testimony was previously taken at four public hearings held in June.
