Brownville Woman Wins $1,000,000 on Lottery Scratch-off Ticket

BROWNVILLE, NY – The New York Lottery will present a $1,000,000 over-sized prize check to a Brownville woman. The winner will receive her prize at the Stewart’s Shops on West Main Street where she purchased the lucky ticket.
