The New York Lottery today announced that one third prize winning ticket worth $50,000 for the February 9, 2022 Powerball® drawing was purchased in Brentwood. The winning ticket has four matching numbers and the Powerball.  

The prize-winning ticket was purchased at the Shell Station on Motor Parkway. 

The winning numbers for the Powerball drawing on February 9 are:  2-17-33-51-63 and the Powerball is 26. Players can securely check their tickets on the New York Lottery app. The winner has one year from the date of the drawing to claim their prize.

The winning numbers for the Powerball game are drawn from a field of one to 69. The Powerball number is drawn from a separate field one to of 26. The Powerball drawing is televised every Monday, Wednesday and Saturday at 11 p.m. The jackpot for the next drawing on February 12 is $172 milion.
