Thanks to a NYSERDA award, ChargePoint will be installing more than 80 such stations around the state. Governor Cuomo has called for a significant increase in EV charging stations over the next five years to invest in an EV infrastructure. The Solaire is one of the first “green” residential-use buildings in the U.S. Completed in 2003, it is described as an “environmentally progressive residential tower” and is LEED certified.
