The New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC) will join community members and stakeholders to announce Environmental Justice grants for 21 community-based organizations statewide, including two Long Island recipients. The grants support projects that address environmental and public health concerns. Who: Representatives from DEC, Long Beach Latino Civic Association, and local partners.
