NEW YORK, N.Y. – The New York Lottery’s Gretchen Dizer will present $5,000,000 in Lottery prize checks to seven new Lottery millionaires at the Lottery’s New York City Customer Service Center. The winners include a scratch-off winner from Harlem and multiple Powerball winners including a group that calls itself “The Powerball Ladies.”
