Office of General Services Commissioner RoAnn Destito today announced that the following seven businesses have recently been certified by the Office of General Services’ (OGS) Division of Service-Disabled Veterans’ Business Development (DSDVBD):  

• Roberts and Ryan Investments Inc., located in New York, NY, is a securities brokerage and financial activities consultant.

• Lincoln Law PLLC, located in Webster, NY, is a general service law firm.

• Yerkes South/H2H Joint Venture LLC, located in Pensacola, FL, provides design build services.

• M&D Billing Inc. d/b/a JLV General, located in Williston Park, NY, is a masonry contractor.

• Ronatay LLC, located in Philadelphia, PA, is an Information Technology consultant.

• Fail-Safe Technical Associates Inc., located in Pleasant Valley, NY, distributes fire alarms and security systems.

• Sitnauqaj Solutions LLC d/b/a JDC Unleased, located in Springfield, VA, specializes in risk management.

The Division was created by Governor Andrew Cuomo in May, 2014 with enactment of the Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business Act. As of April 20, 2018, a total of 467 businesses have been certified.

The Act promotes and encourages participation of SDVOBs in NYS public procurements of public works, commodities, services and technology to foster and advance economic development in the State.
