New York Lottery Announces Two Winning TAKE 5 Tickets Sold in Orange County

   NEWBURGH, N.Y. – The New York Lottery today announced two top prize winning tickets for the July 27 TAKE 5 drawing were sold in Monroe and Newburgh, Orange County. Each ticket is worth $27,096.50.

 

One ticket was sold at Star Wines and Liquors at 475 Route 17M in Monroe. The second ticket was sold at Broadway News at 352 Broadway in Newburgh. In January, 2013 Star Wines and Liquors also sold a $1 million Powerball ticket that was claimed by Erwin Ishmael, of Monroe, Orange County.

In addition to the two $27,096.50 top prizes for the July 27 TAKE 5 drawing, which were won by matching five out of five numbers, 166 players each purchased $489.50 winning tickets by matching four out of five numbers for the drawing. In total, there were 71,886 TAKE 5 winners for the July 27 drawing.

 

The winning numbers for the July 27 TAKE 5 drawing were 01-08-15-30-32.

 

The Lottery encourages everyone who bought a New York Lottery draw game ticket, to check their tickets again, as they could be holding a winner. Tickets expire one year after the game’s drawing.

 

The winners may claim the tickets at any one of the Lottery’s Customer Service Centers statewide, including the Lottery’s Fishkill office at 18 Westage Business Center, Hudson Valley Towne Center, Suite 6, Fishkill, NY 12524 or at Empire City Casino at Yonkers Raceway at 810 Yonkers Avenue in Yonkers, NY 10704.
