LAKE PLACID, N.Y. --- Be sure to stuff your figure skating fan’s stocking this holiday season with the VIP experience to the “Ekaterina Gordeeva -- From the Heart” skating show. The Wednesday evening, Dec. 30, show at 7:30 p.m., in Lake Placid, N.Y. is being presented by IMG and Ekaterina Gordeeva, who returns to say thank you to her fans and honor her late husband and figure skating partner, Sergei Grinkov.

The “Ekaterina Gordeeva -- From the Heart” VIP experience is a super-sized holiday gift that hardly fits into one stocking. Its includes an 8x10 cast photo autographed by Gordeeva, as well access to one of the show’s rehearsals on December 30. During the evening of the show VIP guests will meet several of the show’s cast, which includes Olympic gold medal winning skaters Scott Hamilton, Kristi Yamaguchi, Meryl Davis & Charlie White, Ilia Kulik, and David Pelletier, as well as Olympic silver medalist Paul Wylie, and World Champion Yuka Sato, before enjoying dinner. During the show, VIP guests will enjoy complimentary beverages, including beer wine and soda.

Once the show’s concluded VIP guests are invited to an After Party and silent auction in which the proceeds benefit the American Heart Association.

If that’s not enough, there’s still more unwrapping as VIP guests will receive a gift bag filled with more holiday cheer to include Whiteface Lake Placid merchandise, free admission into the Lake Placid Olympic Museum, a chairlift and elevator ride to the top of the 120-meter ski jump and admission into the world renowned Olympic Sports Complex. There, they can watch athletes train in the sliding sports of bobsled, luge and skeleton.
