New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC) Commissioner Joe Martens will be joined by elected officials from the Capital Region, including officials from Hudson River waterfront communities, on Thursday, Jan. 16, at 1 p.m. for a major announcement on improving Hudson River water quality.
