The New York Secure Choice Savings Program Board will meet on Friday, December 13, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. at the New York State Department of Taxation and Finance, located at the W A Harriman Campus, Building 9, Conference Room A, Albany NY 12227.

Board members will also be participating via videoconferencing from the New York State Department of Financial Services, located at One State Street Plaza, Executive Board Room 19-078, New York, NY 10004.

The public has the right to attend and observe the proceedings from either location or online.

The meeting will allow a period for public comment on the draft Investment Policy Statement. Those who wish to speak must register in advance by emailing SecureChoiceNYS@tax.ny.gov. Registration for the public hearing will close 30 minutes before the meeting begins. Speakers will be limited to two (2) minutes and statements must be about the draft Investment Policy Statement.
