New York State Board on Electric Generation Siting and the Environment Issues Preliminary July 1, 2025 Agenda

ALBANY – The New York State Board on Electric Generation Siting and the Environment (Siting Board) will meet on Tuesday, July 1, at 2:00 p.m., in Meeting Room 1 on the Concourse level of the Empire State Plaza in Albany, New York, and the 4th Floor Boardroom of the Department of Public Service’s New York City office, located at 90 Church Street, New York, New York.  The purpose of the Siting Board meeting is to consider Excelsior Energy Center, LLC’s petition for a certificate amendment, filed on May 5, 2025, in this proceeding.
