Dutchess County Accountant is First Lottery Millionaire of 2016

SCHENECTADY, N.Y. – The New York Lottery’s Yolanda Vega will present an over-sized prize check to the first Lottery millionaire of 2016. The lucky winner won the $5,000,000 top prize on a Cash X100 scratch-off ticket. The presentation will take place in the Lottery’s drawing studio where Vega has made many New Yorkers’ dreams come true.
