Eight Companies Receive New York State Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business Certification
Office of General Services Commissioner RoAnn Destito today announced that the following eight businesses have recently been certified by the Office of General Services’ (OGS) Division of Service-Disabled Veterans’ Business Development (DSDVBD): Timothy Felix d/b/a TIM, located in Glendale, NY, provides administrative services and support. Precasteel LLC, located in Skillman, NJ, specializes in precast concrete construction. Joe B Technologies LLC, located in Washingtonville, NY, is a technology consultant. Agilitech Solutions LLC, located in Clayton, NC, specializes in web accessibility compliance. LRC Group Inc., located in New York, NY, provides administrative services and support. Veterans4You Corp., located in Fort Lauderdale, FL, supplies textiles and safety disposables. Kentfield Solutions, located in Brooklyn, NY, specializes in property management. Gifts and Engraving by George Inc, located in Queensbury, NY, provides rotary and laser engraving services. The Division was created by Governor Andrew Cuomo in May, 2014 with enactment of the Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business Act. As of May 13, 2019, a total of 640 businesses have been certified. The Act promotes and encourages participation of SDVOBs in NYS public procurements of public works, commodities, services and technology to foster and advance economic development in the State.
