Electricians Recruit Apprentices |

Niagara Falls, NY (June 4, 2019) – The Joint Apprenticeship and Training Committee for Niagara County Electricians Local Union #237 will conduct a recruitment from July 17, 2019 through July 15, 2020 for three electrician (Housewire or Residential) apprentices and 12 electrician apprentices, the New York State Department of Labor announced today. Please note that the openings listed for apprentices represent the total number for two recruitment regions - the Finger Lakes and Western regions. Applications are available at Local #237, 8803 Niagara Falls Blvd, Niagara Falls, NY, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. every Wednesday, excluding legal holidays, during the recruitment period. All applications must be completed on the premises. Applicants must pay a $10.00 testing fee for in-house administration of an aptitude test. Applicants may request that this fee be waived. Apprentice programs registered with the Department of Labor must meet standards established by the Commissioner.
