 LEVITTOWN, N.Y. – The New York Lottery today announced a top prize winning ticket for the September 13 TAKE 5 drawing was sold at King Kullen at 3284 Hempstead Turnpike in Levittown. The ticket is worth $65,473.50.

Another top prize winning TAKE 5 ticket worth $24,417.50 from the September 12 drawing was sold at the 7-Eleven at 1275 Front Street in Uniondale.

In addition to the $65,473.50 top prize for the September 13 TAKE 5 drawing, which was won by matching five out of five numbers, 178 players each purchased $551.50 winning tickets by matching four out of five numbers for the drawing. In total, there were 88,982 TAKE 5 winners for the September 13 drawing.

The winning numbers for the September 13 TAKE 5 drawing were 01-08-14-19-37.

The Lottery encourages everyone who bought a New York Lottery draw game ticket, to check their tickets again, as they could be holding a winner. Tickets expire one year after the game’s drawing.

The winners may claim the ticket at any one of the Lottery’s Customer Service Centers statewide, including the Long Island office at 45 South Service Road, Plainview, NY 11803 or at Resorts World Casino New York City, 110-00 Rockaway Blvd., Jamaica, NY 11420.
