WHAT:            Lt. Governor Hochul will announce funding for 16 projects in Troy through the Empire State Poverty Reduction Initiative. These projects are a direct result of Governor Andrew M. Cuomo's $25 million initiative to help 16 communities across the state develop locally-driven strategies to reduce poverty and increase economic opportunity.
