New York State Office of General Services (OGS) Commissioner RoAnn Destito today announced the annual HarlemWeen family-friendly event will be held from 2 to 7 p.m. on Sunday, October 31 at the Adam Clayton Powell, Jr. State Office Building at 163 West 125th Street in Harlem. “Making the best use of our public spaces is a priority for us at OGS, and the plaza in front of the Harlem State Office Building is a great location for holding family-friendly events throughout the year,” Commissioner Destito said. “I invite all our neighbors and friends to put on their costumes and come out for some free Harlemween fun.” There will be activities and performances throughout the event, including:
