Public Comment Period On Ontario County Landfill Expansion Application Extended Until Friday, March 6 |

Due to inclement weather conditions this week, the public comment period on Ontario County’s application to expand the Ontario County Landfill has been extended until Friday, March 6.
Comments must be postmarked no later than March 6 and should be submitted by mail to: Administrative Law Judge Scott Bassinson NYS Department of Environmental Conservation, Office of Hearings and Mediation Services, 625 Broadway, 1st Floor, Albany, New York 12233-1550; or via email to scott.bassinson@dec.ny.gov.
