Syracuse Lottery Player Wins $1,500 A Week For Life Scratch-Off Prize

SYRACUSE, N.Y. – The New York Lottery’s Yolanda Vega will present a ceremonial prize check to a 21-year-old Syracuse woman who won at least $1,500,000 on the $1,500 A Week For Life scratch-off game. The check presentation will take place at the store where the winner purchased the jackpot-winning ticket.
